How we work
Every project starts with the same question: what does this site actually need to do? Sell something, explain something, take a booking. The answer decides the build.
We work directly with designers and stakeholders instead of through layers of process, which keeps feedback short and decisions quick.
Sites are built to be maintained — readable code, an editor that makes sense to non-technical staff, and notes for whoever picks it up next, including us a year later.
After launch we stay reachable. Most of our work comes from clients we have already built something for.
Email we send
Roadmin sends transactional email only. We do not send bulk marketing, and we do not buy, rent or scrape mailing lists.
Contact and enquiry notifications. When a visitor submits a contact or enquiry form on a website we build and host, the message is delivered to that client's own staff inboxes. The recipients are the site owners, and the visitor's address is used only as the reply-to.
Newsletter confirmations. Where a client site offers a newsletter, sign-up is explicit opt-in with a consent checkbox, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link.
Volume. Low and steady — these are per-submission notifications from a small number of client sites, not campaigns.

- What we collect
- If you email us, we hold your address and the contents of your message so we can reply. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to administer that work. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
- How long
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to active or past projects are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
- Processors
- Email is delivered through our hosting and email providers, who process it only to transmit the message on our behalf.
- Your rights
- You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond.
